Custom Beats - Terms of Service

By submitting a request for one of the Custom Beats packages, you automatically agree to the following terms.

General Terms of Service

You confirm that you have read the entire Custom Beats page and fully understand the services that are provided within the packages.

Exclusive License

By submitting a request, you state that you fully understand and agree to the terms in the Exclusive License Contract. You also understand that the Exclusive License will be set up and signed by Robin Wesley after Project Completion.

Samples

All samples that are created against the sample fee, remain the sole property of Robin Wesley Productions for the length of the Copyright Term, unless indicated otherwise in the Exclusive License provided once the project is complete.

Unrightfully and/or unauthorised forwarding, copying or any form of reproduction of the sample(s) is strictly prohibited.

Payments & Refunds

All transaction and payments made for services before, during and after the Production Process, and as explained on the Custom Beats Page, under the section “How Does It work?,” are non-refundable, with exception of the Sample Fee of $50.

The sample fee of $50 is fully refundable within 7 days after receiving the samples. Therefor, you will be given the opportunity to issue a refund only once after creation. Robin Wesley is not obligated to refund the sample fee after the period of 7 days unless discussed otherwise and confirmed in writing by Robin Wesley himself.

The Sample fee is included in the total price of the selected package and will be deducted from the Final Payment upon Project Completion.

By making the Down Payment to start the Production Process, you are obligated to complete the entire project as well as making payment for the remaining amount after Project Completion.

Duration & Commitment

By submitting a request we ask for 100% commitment throughout the entire project. This also acquires making every effort to review and respond to the created samples within 7 days after receiving them.

We also ask to review and respond as quickly as possible to any and all updated versions that are being sent throughout the entire project.

All services provided in the packages have to be used within 3 months after the start of the Production Process. This also includes all extra services, such as Mixing and Mastering.

If a project takes longer than 3 months after the Down Payment is been made, Robin Wesley has the right to stop the entire project at any time, unless discussed otherwise and confirmed in writing by Robin Wesley himself. Robin Wesley is then no longer obligated to complete the services included in the packages and all previous payments remain non-refundable.
